Delivery Delays
While we do our best to meet our estimated delivery times, unexpected courier delays may occasionally occur.
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after dispatch, please contact our support team and we'll be happy to assist you.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We'll work with our courier partner to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
